Foodies can celebrate Thanksgiving with an array of delicious delights at Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona. Both properties are honoring the holiday with special menu offerings on Nov. 26.

Orange Sky at Talking Stick Resort

  • Head to the property’s culinary jewel on the 15th floor and sample the prix fixe menu from 12-8 p.m. Guests will be served a shredded Brussels sprouts salad for the first course, followed by a second course of grilled gulf shrimp. They will have a choice of roasted turkey with apple-sourdough stuffing and giblet gravy or beef prime rib with white cheddar mashed potatoes for the fourth course. Dessert will include a seasonal dessert tray. Prix fixe $66

Blue Coyote Café at Talking Stick Resort

  • From 11 a.m.-11 p.m., enjoy a choice of soup or salad. The herb-roasted turkey will serve as the main course and includes spiced apple-cherry bacon stuffing, whipped Idaho potatoes, traditional turkey gravy, buttered green beans and cranberry-fig dressing. Dessert will include a pumpkin pie with cinnamon scented whipped cream. $18.95

Arena Poker Room at Talking Stick Resort

  • Start off your meal with a choice of soup or salad. Offered from 11 a.m.-11 p.m., the special Thanksgiving menu will include an herb roasted turkey breast with traditional turkey gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy apple sausage. Guests can choose a pecan or pumpkin pie for dessert. $12

Wandering Horse Buffet at Talking Stick Resort

  • Guest can try the international buffet’s Thanksgiving menu for 12 consecutive hours beginning at 9 a.m. There will be a meal for even the pickiest of palates including slow roasted prime rib, seared grouper, herb and garlic marinate carved roast turkey, veal wellington, littleneck crabs, assorted sushi, chilled king crab legs and Chef Peggy’s assortment of desserts. A champagne toast will be included for adult patrons. Adults $57.95; children $18.95

Ocean Trail at Talking Stick Resort

  • Journey to the Cajun bar and enjoy the dining special from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. The menu includes an heirloom tomato salad, a seafood platter complete with half Maine lobster, lump crab meat and jumbo shrimp. Dessert will include an autumn harvest tart. $45

Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge at Casino Arizona

  • Satisfy your hunger and visit Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge from 2-8 p.m. In addition to its regular menu, the restaurant will feature a choice of sweet corn and lobster bisque soup or a candied walnut and red delicious salad. The main course will include a traditional turkey dinner complete with roasted turkey, white cheddar mashed potatoes, sautéed haricot verts, sweet potato rounds, dried cranberry and pear stuffing. Dessert will include a pumpkin pie deconstructed dish. Prix fixe $33

Salt River Café at Casino Arizona

  • Travel to the café and sample the roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, cranberry sauce, sautéed corn and a dinner roll. A fountain drink and pumpkin pie with bourbon whipped cream are included in the meal as well. $8.95

Eagles Buffet at Casino Arizona

  • Satiate your hunger with scrumptious fare at Eagles Buffet. From 10 a.m.- 9 p.m., the eatery will host a champagne brunch complete with shrimp eggs benedict, biscuits with country gravy, waffles, pancakes, seasoned hash browns, honey smoked bacon, sausage links and breakfast breads. The restaurant’s full buffet, which will be available from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., will feature slow roasted prime rib, rosemary roasted chicken, baked ham with honey pecan glaze, whipped mashed potatoes, shrimp cocktail, soup, seasonal fruits, a chocolate fountain and ice cream sundae bar. Arizona Room Patio Grill at Casino Arizona

  • Visit the Arizona Room Patio Grill and devour the raspberry arugula salad, roasted turkey breast and deconstructed spiced pumpkin pie. The main course will include a marinated roasted turkey breast served with turkey jus, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, smoked paprika and cinnamon spiced sweet potatoes. Prix fixe $21

Willows Restaurant at Casino Arizona

  • The restaurant will serve a breakfast special from 6-11 a.m. It will include a pumpkin pancake breakfast for $8.95.
  • Dinner specials will be available from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. and will feature Yankee roasted turkey and stuffing, as well as a choice of soup or salad, for $17.95. A pecan crusted honey baked ham will also be available for $17.95 along with a side acorn squash bisque for $3.25.  Dessert will include a pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream for $4.
