Holiday “Sauce”

What you need:
1.5 oz. Hennessy V.S.
.5 oz. Fresh Squeeze Lemon Juice
Heaping Tablespoon of Cranberry Sauce (yes, the kind you would serve with turkey)
1 dash Fee brothers cranberry bitters (optional)
Garnish: Orange twist, cinnamon sugar rim
Glass: Coupe or martini glass
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake until well chilled
Take the coupe or martini glass and rub the rim with a fresh cut lemon, now dip the rim in a plate of cinnamon sugar (1 part cinnamon to 1 part white sugar)
Strain the cocktail into the rimmed glass and garnish with an orange twist

Horchata Coffee Cocktail

What you need:
1.5 oz. Hennessy V.S.
1 oz. Espresso
1.5 oz. Diluted Condensed Milk (diluted 1:1 with water)
.25 oz. Grand Marnier
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: fresh grated cinnamon and orange twist

Method:
In a shaker tin add all liquids and shake with ice
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a fresh grated cinnamon and an orange twist

2 parts Owl Brew “Coco-Lada”
1 part Champagne or Prosecco
Pour into a champagne flute
Garnish with fresh dill

Ingredients:
2 parts Owl’s Brew “The Classic”
1 part whiskey
Apple slices

Method:
Combine in a saucepan
Heat until desired temperature. Do not boil.
Pour into your favorite holiday mug
Garnish with cinnamon stick

2 oz. Voli Orange Vanilla
½ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Apple Cider
2 dash of bitters
Dash of cinnamon

Method:
Add all ingredients
Shake and strain
