Sanctuary on Camelback Introduces New Maître d’ of elements

Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain is pleased to introduce Norbert G. Taillole as maître d’ of its award-winning elements restaurant.  He brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to his position.

“We are delighted to have Norbert in place at elements,” said Mike Surguine, vice president and general manager of Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain.  “He has brought a loyal following of patrons to us from his years with the area’s best restaurants, and I know that Norbert’s experience and professionalism will add to the reputation and continued success of Sanctuary’s dining program.”

A native of Provence, France, Taillole has lived with his family in Arizona since 1981.  He has served as maître d’ for some of the Phoenix metropolitan area’s most prestigious and successful restaurants, including LON’s at the Hermosa Inn, Zinc Bistro, Desert Highlands Golf Club, Christopher’s Bistro and Mary Elaine’s at The Phoenician.

Taillole has an honors diploma in hospitality management from the American Hotel & Motel Association.
