Ross Brown Partners Welcomes Sean Jarvis


Ross Brown Partners is pleased to announce Sean Jarvis has joined the firm as a sales associate.

Jarvis joins Ross Brown Partners after successful stints with Catalyst Coaching and Clearlink Technology, where he attained top rankings within those firms and the industry.

He attended Brigham Young University where he completed courses in business management, finance, communication. Jarvis was a member of BYU’s 2009 National Championship Rugby team.

“We feel very fortunate to have attracted such a talented and dedicated individual like Sean”, said Curtis Brown, Principal and Designated Broker, of Ross Brown Partners. “We’re expanding our sales staff and are looking for both experienced brokers as well as newcomers to the industry if they demonstrate the right intangibles.

Jarvis will be working in the areas of industrial and office property leasing and sales.

Grigio Metro

Grigio Metro is the first transit-oriented development featuring 408 apartment units wrapped around a 6-story, 860-space parking garage, which includes 300 dedicated park-and-ride spaces for the light rail station. This development was made possible due to a unique public-private partnership between the City of Tempe and Gray Development Group. The park-and-ride portion was completed in time for the opening of the light rail service in December 2009, however, the residential portion of the project opened in August 2009. The project also includes 16,000 SF of ground-floor retail space designed to activate the street frontages surrounding the project.
