Developer bringing 18 new homes to Arizona Biltmore

Renowned Arizona Biltmore father-and-son developer duo Sam Robinson and Taylor Robinson of Geneva Holdings has unveiled plans for the final phase of Two Biltmore Estates, the palatial luxury villa enclave nestled within the iconic Arizona Biltmore neighborhood.

Geneva Holdings announces the kickoff of construction on Two Biltmore Estates, the final phase of luxury living within the iconic Arizona Biltmore. The community includes a private, gated enclave of just 38 residences, with floor plans ranging from 3,500 square feet to more than 4,800 square feet of single-level living space.

“For over 20 years, developing the Arizona Biltmore has been our passion,” said Sam Robinson, Founder of Geneva Holdings. “We are proud to continue our builder legacy with Two Biltmore Estates, a project that truly offers the essence of resort living on the grounds of one of the country’s most iconic properties,” he said.

Two Biltmore Estates showcases architecture respecting the Biltmore style established in 1929 by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, whose designs harmoniously blended humanity and its environment. The unique living space will fuse indoor and outdoor areas for resort-style living that is truly Arizona.

Lavishly designed for a luxury lifestyle, gourmet kitchens with premium appliances, sumptuous master baths, hotel-like guest rooms, exquisitely designed closet spaces, and innovative home offices will make your residence a destination befitting of this world-class location. Each home is outfitted with state-of-the-art ‘smart’ home technology with security and features available not only at the touch of a button, but also from a smart phone or iPad. Barbecue on your large, private patio, enjoy the tranquil garden settings and meticulous landscaping surrounding the courtyard, or wind down at the private pool, fitness center and clubhouse.

From gorgeous panoramic views of all five fairways of the legendary Biltmore golf course, to the perfect backdrop of the Phoenix skyline and its stunning sunsets, Two Biltmore Estates will provide the perfect indulgent escape.

For more than two decades Geneva Holdings has been envisioning and creating luxury residences for those who embrace a higher level of lifestyle, and Two Biltmore Estates will set a new benchmark in that regard.

Two Biltmore Estates will be located in close proximity to all of the events and indulgences of the Arizona Biltmore, known as “The Jewel of the Desert,” as well as luxury shopping and dining along the Camelback Corridor and the Phoenix area. Outdoor aficionados will appreciate living just steps from the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, the famed Biltmore Loop and the Dr. Art Mollen fitness trail system.

Centrally located at the crossroads of Paradise Valley and Arcadia, the final phase of Two Biltmore Estates is attracting high-end Arizona homebuyers, as well as those from key market areas including Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Vancouver and Calgary.

Two Biltmore Estates offers relaxation, active lifestyle, vibrant nightlife and a piece of the enduring Arizona Biltmore tradition.

The Final Phase will consist of just 18 limited-edition homes starting at $1.5 million.

Homebuilder donates playhouses to Phoenix Zoo charity

Brookfield Communities, a successful master-plan developer of two Arizona active adult communities and large land-holder, has teamed up with its architect partners to custom design and build two unique playhouses to help raise money for the Phoenix Zoo’s conservation initiatives and educational programs.

Phil Petersen, founder and president of Brookfield Communities and also a Phoenix Zoo board member stated, “We are proud to be working with the Phoenix Zoo and hope these playhouses help raise significant dollars. Special thanks to Christoph Kaiser of Christoph Kaiser, LLC and Larry Allen of 33 North Architects for designing these one-of-a-kind playhouses.”

‘Wild Child Playhouse’ the first of two houses, is an animal themed, 56-square-foot, two room, professionally hand-crafted, high-quality, playhouse – being raffled by the Zoo. Its custom design features a covered wrap around porch, a built in play table and desk. Raffle entries are $20 each or six for $100. They can be purchased at www.PhoenixZoo.org, by visiting the Zoo’s Guest Services Lobby (admission to the Zoo is not required for viewing or purchasing an entry to win) or on Saturday, Oct. 12 during the Zoo’s Rendez-Zoo event.

The playhouse is now on display at the Phoenix Zoo and is available for viewing during regular Zoo hours. One winner will be randomly selected on Oct. 12 via a computer drawing, the evening of the Phoenix Zoo’s annual benefit, Rendez-Zoo. The winner does not need to be present to win.

Additionally, a second playhouse is currently being designed by Brookfield Communities and its partners. This one, which will be shaped like a bird house, will be included in Rendez-Zoo’s silent auction portion of the evening on Oct. 12.

“We are pleased that Brookfield Communities and its architect partners are providing these
professionally-designed handcrafted playhouses to help raise money for the Phoenix Zoo,” said Bert Castro, president and chief executive officer of Arizona Zoological Society/Phoenix Zoo. “Judging from the impressive renderings, these playhouses are sure to be a hit.”

The fourth annual Rendez-Zoo will be held at the Phoenix Zoo on Saturday, Oct. 12. The festivities will begin with a welcome in the Zoo’s Plaza by some of the Phoenix Zoo’s animals and their keepers. Guests will then embark on their culinary adventure in the new C.W. & Modene Neely Education and Event Center, where some of the Valley’s best known restaurants, wineries and breweries will offer tasty delights. This will also be the time to experience a preview of ZooLights and bid on unique items and travel experiences in the silent auction. An elegant dinner will be served lakeside by Chef Skip Hause of Fabulous Food, followed by an exciting live auction, dancing to the sounds of Ron Alosi and late-night coffee under the stars.
