The $59.8M detention facility includes site improvements throughout the 79.08-acre site. Construction began October 2008, with estimated completion in March 2010. Other components include admin. and visitation areas, a warehouse, vehicle sallyports, loading dock and impound lot.
SCOTTSDALE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS

The $11M renovation is scheduled for a summer 2009 completion. The 10,000 SF Phase I includes improvements to the main atrium, mezzanine addition, west entry remodel and renovation of the box office. Phase II will be a 14,525 SF renovation of the 30-year-old Virginia G. Piper Theater.
DISABILITY EMPOWERMENT CENTER OF ARIZONA
A universally designed, accessible and transit-oriented non-profit resources center to serve the disability community. Construction on the sports and fitness center will finish summer 2009.
CITY OF PHOENIX SOUTHWEST POLICE PRECINCT
Developer: City of Phoenix
Construction began on the 12-acre site February 2008, and includes nine holding cells, three bay shooting range, admin. areas, locker rooms, equipment and evidence and public meeting space. The $11M project is scheduled to finish June 2009.
SRP-MIC TRIBAL GOVERNMENT COMPLEX
Developer: Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community
The SRP-MIC Tribal Government Complex will include office space for various tribal government functions, a cafeteria and a Community Council Chamber with conference rooms. Construction is scheduled to finish April 2009.
CHANDLER CITY HALL
Developer: Chandler City Hall
The $51M development, projected to be LEED Certified Gold, will consolidate a number of city admin. offices and service departments, and add a new Council Chamber. Construction begins April 2009, with an estimated August 2010 completion.
SAN MARCOS COMMONS

The $100M, 15-acre mixed-use development adding more than 150,000 SF of retail, restaurants and office space the The Villas at San Marcos Commons.
