The $35 million, 10-story mid-rise features 132 fully furnished units. The student-housing project includes 153,000 SF of residential space with the remainder comprising parking, a large common area and 5,000 SF of retail. Construction began May 2008 and is expected to finish August 2009.

Size: 500,000 SF on 54 acres

Stonegate is an $80 million, 54-acre power retail center with 500,000 SF of retail space. There will be two major anchors with more than 100,000 SF for each retail building, with several in-line majors ranging form 40,000 SF to 15,000 SF. There will also be several shop buildings and multiple retail and restaurant pads. Construction is slated to start in July 2009.

The $1.5 billion development includes a 225-room Ritz-Carlton hotel, surrounded by a residential community of single-family homes. The Ritz-Carlton project takes up 110 acres of a 123-acre site. An adjoining mixed-use component is still in the planning stages along the Scottsdale portion of the site. The project breaks ground summer 2008, with completion expected for fall 2010. Marana Spectrum consists of retail, restaurant, and entertainment/theater, with an additional 50,000 SF to 70,000 SF of possible mixed-uses. The $100 million power center is expected to have roughly 100 stores, and includes at least three anchors of more that 100,000 SF each. The retail project is scheduled to begin construction April 2009, with an October 2010 opening.

Campus Suites on the rail is a 5-story student apartment development featuring 299 student residential units and 946 bedrooms. Other components of the $50 million project include a 10,000 SF clubhouse and 14,000 SF of ground floor retail. Construction began March 2008, and will finish May 2009. Subcontractors include Phoenix General Contracting and InfiniSys Inc. for electrical work.

The $50 Million center will have 254,000 SF of retail space with an anchor store with more than 100,000 SF. There will be one additional major box of 28,000 SF, and two minor retailers with 10,000 SF of retail space each. The rest of the site will feature five shops and two restaurant pads. The $15.5 million, design-build project is a conversion of an existing office building to a 10-story, 192-room Gateway Hilton Garden Inn. The facility will undergo complete interior demolition back to the structure and removal of exterior skin. The project has been registered for LEED certification. Construction began 2Q08, and is slated to finish 4Q08. Subcontractors include Blaze Consulting, IDRA, Arizona Ram Jack, Noble Steel, C.D.S. Framing, Olympic West Fire Protection, JBS Plumbing, Mechanical Solutions and Middleton Electric.
