Size: 500,000 SF on 54 acres

Stonegate is an $80 million, 54-acre power retail center with 500,000 SF of retail space. There will be two major anchors with more than 100,000 SF for each retail building, with several in-line majors ranging form 40,000 SF to 15,000 SF. There will also be several shop buildings and multiple retail and restaurant pads. Construction is slated to start in July 2009.

Location: SEC I-10 & Camino de Manana/Linda Vista Blvd., Marana
Size: 1.49 MSF on 213 acres

Marana Spectrum consists of retail, restaurant, and entertainment/theater, with an additional 50,000 SF to 70,000 SF of possible mixed-uses. The $100 million power center is expected to have roughly 100 stores, and includes at least three anchors of more that 100,000 SF each. The retail project is scheduled to begin construction April 2009, with an October 2010 opening.

Location: NEC Arizona Ave. & Riggs Road, Chandler
Size: 254,000 SF on 34 acres

The $50 Million center will have 254,000 SF of retail space with an anchor store with more than 100,000 SF. There will be one additional major box of 28,000 SF, and two minor retailers with 10,000 SF of retail space each. The rest of the site will feature five shops and two restaurant pads. Riggs Gateway is slated to begin construction is September or October of this year, with an estimated completion date of July 2009. Broker: Diversified Partners

Location: NEC Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant roads, Peoria
Size: 425,000 SF

Construction began on the retail center 1Q08. Lake Pleasant Crossing will be anchored by Lowe’s with major and junior pads and shop space available. Completion of Phase I is scheduled for 4Q08, with Phase II following with an estimated completion of 4Q10. Broker: Staubach Retail
