Glendale Enterprise Lofts is a public-private-partnership between the developer, Arizona Bridge to Independent Living, HUD, the Arizona Department of Housing and the City of Glendale. The $4M Class A office building will house the law firm Plattner, Schneidman & Schneider PC. It is the first new office building started in North Scottsdale in more than 2 years. NEW VETERANS HOME IN TUCSON

The $28M Veterans Home is the second of its kind in Arizona and will be located adjacent to the Tucson Veterans Hospital. The facility will house up to 120 occupants with various living amenities. Construction began April 2010 with estimated completion for 2Q11.
CAFE VALLEY BAKERY

The $40M facility in Buckeye includes 50,000 SF of freezer space and 90,000 SF of cooler space. Construction began February 2010 and is scheduled to be complete at the end of the year. Brokerage firm for the tenant was Colliers International.
