Tiffany & Bosco Names Fischbach as Shareholder

The law firm of Tiffany & Bosco P.A. announced that attorney William M. Fischbach III has been named as a Shareholder.  Fischbach concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis in real estate, banking, contract disputes, and personal injury. He brings over 13 years of leadership experience at the local, state, federal, and international levels, and in both the private and public sectors.  Will serves as Board Chairman for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Valley Young Professionals and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Emerging Leaders Group.

Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, Fischbach gained invaluable courtroom and leadership experience in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps.  He served as the chief prosecutor for the 101st Airborne Division, a criminal defense attorney in the 82nd Airborne Division, and an appeals attorney at U.S. Army Headquarters in Washington, D.C.  Fischbach completed tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Korea, and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge for his service in Iraq. He was honorably discharged in 2008 at the rank of Major.

He received his JD and MBA in 1999 from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA and a BS in Political Science from Arizona State University in 1994.

Stone will lead Young Lawyers Division of State Bar

Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, PLC announced that Erik Stone has been named President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the State Bar of Arizona.

Stone has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Young Lawyers Division since 2011 and has served on the Executive Board from 2011 to 2013 before being elected President.

Stone joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli as an Associate in 2010, and concentrates his practice on Commercial and Business Litigation; General Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense; Construction Litigation; and Wrongful Death and Personal Injury. Mr. Stone received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 2009, and is admitted to practice in Arizona and California. Prior to joining the firm, Stone served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Patricia A. Orozco, of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I.

The YLD is a dynamic community and professional service organization of the State Bar of Arizona, specifically created for new lawyers who are under 37 years of age, or have been in practice for five years or less. Presently, the Division has approximately 4,000 active members in the state, which constitutes nearly 33% of the total in-state active Bar membership.

Law firm opens Arizona office

Medical negligence and personal injury firm Hodes Milman Liebeck, LLP has announced the opening of its Phoenix office, renaming the firm to Hodes Milman Liebeck Mosier, LLP and adding attorneys Robert A. Mosier and Robert K. Scott.  Mosier, managing partner of the Arizona office, represents plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury and medical negligence matters.  Scott, Of Counsel to the firm, is a respected trial attorney specializing in all aspects of bad faith insurance litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mosier was an attorney at a prestigious medical negligence defense firm where he defended physicians, hospitals and nursing homes.  He left the defense side to focus on representing victims of medical negligence, including victims of brain and birth injury, nursing home abuse, catastrophic personal injury as well as wrongful death, and has tried numerous cases in these areas. Mosier earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

With more than 30 years’ experience, Scott has obtained multi-million dollar judgments, lucrative out-of-court settlements and substantial arbitration awards on behalf of his clients. His areas of legal practice include disability, life and accidental insurance, fire and property insurance, health insurance, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination and consumer law. Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree from the United States International University and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where he was also awarded an L.L.D.
