Sperry Van Ness announces $2.24M in recent transactions


SKS, LLC. has purchased 6,895 square-feet at Southgate Commerce Center II for $861,875.00 from TTDC, LLC., located at 7415 W. Boston St. in Chandler, AZ.  The buyer was represented by senior advisor, Justin Horwitz with Sperry Van Ness, LLC in Phoenix. Rebecca Damian from Grand Cayon Title handled the recent transaction.


Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed has leased 1,392 square-feet at 7260 W Bell Road in Glendale to Carl Quick III.  The landlord, Arrowhead Festival Shopping Center was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC. in Phoenix.

Jonathan Levy has leased 112 square-feet to Misty Dunn at the Executive Villas at Dana Point, located at 3303 E. Baseline Rd. in Gilbert, AZ.   The landlord, Arizona Commercial Investors was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC.

Justin Horwitz has leased 2,290 square-feet to Ideal Rehabilitation, LLC at 12222 Coit Rd. in Dallas, TX.  The tenant was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC in Phoenix, while the landlord was represented by David Dunn with Sperry Van Ness’ Dunn Commercial in Arlington, TX.

Justin Hortwitz and Jonathan Levy had leased 5,655 square-feet to Redemption Psychiatry, LLC at 202 E. Earll Drive in Phoenix.  The tenant was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC in Phoenix and the landlord was represented by Rencor Realty, LLC.

Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg has leased 2,634 square-feet to Platinum Medical Group of Arizona, LLC at 3930 E. Ray Road in Phoenix.  The landlord was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC in the transaction.

Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg has leased 2,831 square-feet to Sovereign Finance, LLC at 3930 E Ray Rd. in Phoenix.  The landlord was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC. in Phoenix.

Carrick Sears has leased four retail spaces at Plaza Thirty-Two located at 2822 N. 32nd Street in Phoenix.  A retail space of 1,200 square-feet has been leased to Mubaraak Grocery Store, LLC.  Another space of 1,200 square-feet has been leased to Desert Island Health Systems.  In addition, a 1,200 square-foot space has been leased to La Cruda, LLC and finally, Carrick Sears has leased another 1,200 square-feet to Allstars Staffing totaling $189,600 in deal value. The landlord was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC.


Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee Announces Board

The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee announces its Board of Directors for Super Bowl XLIX. The board of directors is comprised of business leaders that volunteer their time to drive the state’s efforts for Super Bowl XLIX.

The Host Committee is a private, non-profit Arizona corporation. The mandate of the Host Committee is to galvanize local stakeholders in a united approach to hosting the largest single-day sporting event by maximizing positive media exposure, fueling the economic engine of Arizona and leaving a lasting legacy long after the excitement of the Big Game. The board was assembled in 2013 to begin planning and to garner local corporate support and sponsors.

Super Bowl XLIX is scheduled to be played at University Of Phoenix Stadium on February 1, 2015, marking Arizona’s second Super Bowl in seven years. In Super Bowl XLII at University of Phoenix Stadium on February 3, 2008, The New York Giants beat the New England Patriots 17-14. Arizona’s first big game, Super Bowl XXX, was held at Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Stadium in 1996, with the Dallas Cowboys beating the Pittsburgh Steelers 27-17.
