Stock Development's May Sales Report

In May, Stock Development posted yet another month of strong sales numbers across all of its Southwest Florida communities.

According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, 54 new home contracts were signed in May worth just over $34 million. Stock’s sales revenue is up by 143 percent over the numbers in May of last year, while the number of contracts has increased 88.5 percent! Altogether in 2013, the company has registered 266 sales worth $164.64 million.

“May was another incredible month,” said Stock. “The 11 additional sales in Quail West bring the total for the year to an amazing 60 new home contracts worth more than $67.3 million. We continue to sell across all product types from flats and townhomes to custom-built estate homes.”

Stock said the company’s May sales pace was very nearly that of the peak winter sales months of February and March., which met their projections. He is very pleased with the strength of the Southwest Florida market and noted the company had positioned itself well to capitalize on that strength by dramatically expanding its inventory home program.

“We operate throughout Collier and Lee Counties in nine communties and offer a residential design for everyone. We have over 150 inventory homes, completed or nearing completion,” said Stock. “This includes flats, townhomes, casitas, coach homes, twin villas, several series of single-family homes and custom-built estate homes. People who want to move in right away and enjoy Southwest Florida have incredible opportunites.”

With more than 40 furnished models on display, homebuyers can tour professionally decorated single-family and multi-family homes in styles as diverse as 1,200 square foot flats to 4,000-plus square foot estate homes. No other Southwest Florida developer has as many models open and the talents of more than a dozen interior designers are on display in Stock’s models.

One of the area’s most respected builders, Stock was named on BUILDER 100 list of top builders nationwide. Company CEO, Brian Stock was also named the Entrepreneur of the Year by Tampa-based Business Observer. Stock has built more than 3,000 new homes throughout Southwest Florida and currently has 200 homes under construction.

Stock has homes available from the $160s to more than $3 million in communities renowned for their exceptional lifestyle amenities.

Stock has reached sell out of its Secoya Reserve neighborhood and build out of the community is scheduled by this fall. At Olde Cypress, Stock has six beautifully-furnished models open in Lantana, the final neighborhood being built at this elite country club community in North Naples. The models are available for sale with a 5 percent leaseback. In addition, six inventory homes are available. Lantana is priced from the $300s and includes $25,000 worth of option as well as a golf membership!

The company has opened new models at Treviso Bay in Naples. Treviso Bay’s18-hole TPC / PGA designed championship golf course includes a driving range, practice pitch and hand-mowed putting greens Each home purchased from Stock includes a membership to the TPC Golf Course and includes $ 25,000 towards options and upgrades for a limited time.

Quail West has 13 models homes available for viewing. One of Southwest Florida’s most exclusive clubs, the private, 1,180 acre oasis in North Naples was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s coveted Sand Dollar Award for Community of the Year in the Average Home Over $1,000,000 category, as well as the Lee Building Industry Association’s Community of the Year Award. Two championship golf courses designed by Arthur Hills join the stunning 70,000 square-foot Grand Clubhouse. Prices begin in the mid-$600s.

Stock has advanced its operations in Fiddler’s Creek. Stock is building in three Villages at Fiddler’s Creek – Isla del Sol, Mahogany Bend and Majorca Villages. Lely homeowners have access to the Players Club & Spa and some of Naples finest amenities. The Players Club & Spa, which currently offers over 20,000 square feet under air, is under going a two year expansion that will dramatically increase its size. Stock is a Preferred Builder at Mediterra, where they have three inventory homes on offer. The free-form pool includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a poolside gazebo serving lunch and refreshments.

Apple Now Worth Over $300 Billion

As of January 3, Apple’s market capitalization passed $300 billion, making them the second most valuable company in the world (just behind Exxon Mobil).  Since the bump that put them over the $300 billion mark, Apple’s value took a slight dip with the news that Steve Jobs, CEO and public face of the company, would be going on medical leave.
