SURPRISE MEDICAL PLAZA AT THE CITY
Developer: Ensemble DevMan of Arizona
Construction on the medical office building is slated to begin December 2010 and finish in July 2011. The project will be anchored by a Banner Health Urgent Care Center and is 70% pre-leased. Brokerage firm is Ensemble DevMan.
Developer: Old World Communities
The 10-year, multi-phased plan calls for 640 residential units within five multi-story buildings; an 820-room hotel; 177,000 SF of retail space; and 380,000 SF of office space within two mid-rise towers. Construction is estimated to begin in the latter part of 2010 or 2011.
MUSICAL INSTRUMENT MUSEUM
Developer: Musical Instrument Museum
The $135M, 2-story development will house more than 5,000 musical instruments from around the world. Construction began in Feb. 2008 and finishes this February. Subcontractors include Arizona State Utilities, ISS Grounds Control, Riggs Contracting, Progressive Concrete, Sun Valley Masonry, Walters & Wolf, Torrent Resources and WD Manor Mechanical Contractors.
Developer: National Retail Development Partners
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2009. The $50M mixed-use center includes grocers, a Tutor Time, restaurant and bank pads, along with a 2-story retail/office building.
MOUNTAIN VIEW VILLAGE
Developer: Hawkins Companies
Construction on the $75M mixed-use development is scheduled to begin 2010-2011 and will blend retail, restaurants, office and hotel uses into a village destination.
ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN VILLAGE
Developer: Diversified Partners
The power center will be anchored by LA Fitness Construction is scheduled to begin 3Q08, with an estimated completion date of 2Q09. Broker: Diversified Partners.
Developer: CenterCore Development Group
Camelback Crossing is a $6 million redevelopment project occurring along the light rail. Construction will begin 3Q08, and has a December completion date for this year.
Developer: Barclay Group/Kimco Realty
Marana Spectrum consists of retail, restaurant, and entertainment/theater, with an additional 50,000 SF to 70,000 SF of possible mixed-uses. The $100 million power center is expected to have roughly 100 stores, and includes at least three anchors of more that 100,000 SF each. The retail project is scheduled to begin construction April 2009, with an October 2010 opening.
ADVANTAGE BUSINESS PARK
