NAI Horizon recently finalizes new broker ownership structure

AZRE Exclusive

NAI Horizon announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with the Brokers at NAI Horizon for the right to purchase shares in the Company.  The broker formed investment group, Horizon Capital Partners, LLC, has the right to acquire the majority interest in the locally owned commercial real estate company over the next two years.  NAI Horizon is the NAI Global Member Firm for Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona and has been in operation under the NAI brand for 23 years.

The current shareholders, Terry Martin-Denning (CEO / Designated Broker) and Winco, LLC (Reggie and Frederic Winssinger) structured the broker ownership program to drive growth through ownership and profitability of the Company.  The restructured ownership program is a key component to the Company’s plan for growth and success.  “We believe offering the opportunity for ownership to existing brokers and new hires provides us a competitive edge in the marketplace when attracting top talent”, says Terry Martin-Denning.

The broker led investment group includes the majority of brokers currently at NAI Horizon.  Horizon Capital Partners anticipates expanding their investment group of brokers substantially over the next 12 months. The investment opportunity is by invitation only and is limited to only brokers working full-time at the firm.
