Sights are set overseas for the hospitality market
In the Sept/Oct issue of AZRE, we featured a cover story on the hospitality market as it related to construction within the local Native American communities. The article was a perfect introduction to the 15th Annual Lodging Conference, that was held Sept. 22-25 at the Arizona Biltmore. And next week there will be the 7th Annual International Hotel Conference hosted in Italy on October 21-23. Seems hospitality is the focal point for the commercial real estate industry at this time. And there's no better time to be overseas...
While I would love the excuse to fly over to Italy for a few days, and share with our readers what I learned while there, I'll just have to settle with the local lodging conference and the insights shared by industry experts.
