Jim and Jason Ebel, founders of Arizona Beer and Cider Company, have announced the purchase of Pitcher of Nectar Distributing.

According to the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild, craft beer sales have grown more than 18 percent in Arizona in the last year. Since its founding in October 2014, Arizona Beer and Cider Company has grown to meet the demands for craft beer and cider in Arizona’s burgeoning craft beer community.

Arizona Beer and Cider Company is a Phoenix-based, craft-focused distributor owned by the Ebel brothers, who also founded Two Brothers Brewing Company in 1996. “We founded Arizona Beer and Cider Company to provide only the best, high-quality craft beer products and it has been very important to us to work with companies with similar philosophies. We’ve found a like-minded company in Pitcher of Nectar Distributing and are excited to welcome their brands,” said Jason Ebel, co-founder of Arizona Beer and Cider Company.

Since the company’s launch nine months ago, Arizona Beer and Cider Company has continued to grow, with a focus on adding additional, quality brands to its portfolio. With the purchase of Pitcher of Nectar Distributing, Jim and Jason Ebel will double Arizona Beer and Cider Company’s current distribution.

The purchase of Pitcher of Nectar Distributing enables the company to continue to provide the best craft beer and cider in Phoenix and expand their offering to Tucson and Flagstaff in the near future.

This purchase, along with the opening of the Two Brothers Tap House and Brewery in Scottsdale, will allow the Ebel brothers to bring even more quality brands and products to the Phoenix metropolitan area.
