Caliber – The Wealth Development Company‘s CEO and Co-Founder Chris Loeffler has been listed on Lodging Magazine’s 2016 Top 50 Hotel Innovators list.

Loeffler earned recognition as a Top 10 Up-and-Comer in Hospitality. This distinguished list features Top 10 innovators each in five categories:  Up-and Comers, Finance & Real Estate, Design, Operations and Tech.

As stated in Lodging Magazine, “Many industries pride themselves on consistently providing the same product or service with few discrepancies from year to year. Hospitality, on the other hand, is a business that cannot afford to be stagnant. That is why innovators in all areas of the industry—design, technology, operations, and finance—are so vital to hotels. These movers and shakers have proven themselves to be the industry’s brightest stars.”

Caliber has been making headlines in the hospitality industry with a handful of hotel acquisitions in recent years. For example, from July 2015 to July 2016, Caliber Hospitality, a division of Caliber – The Wealth Development Company, purchased 4 hotel properties in Arizona and Alaska. Specifically, the 228-room Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Phoenix Airport North with the first Arizona-franchised Burger Theory Restaurant, the Salmon Falls Resort and Edgewater Inn Restaurant & Marina in Alaska and the 232-guest room, Hilton Tucson East in Tucson, Arizona.

Loeffler is being recognized as a lodging industry influencer and breakout star because of his strategic decision to fuel company growth and build client wealth using accredited investor funding (versus institutional funding). His entrepreneur-ism has opened up investment opportunities for individuals who don’t typically have access to owning a specific hotel property they can walk in its front door knowing they own a part of it.

With no signs of slowing down, Loeffler continues to align and grow Caliber’s interests with investors while providing transparency and ethical leadership.
