Palmer Development has awarded CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield the marketing assignment for The Edge, a 15.39-acre planned mixed-use development.
CBRE’s Bryan Taute and Charlie von Arentschildt are exclusively marketing the Class A office space for lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Mallonee, Chris Hollenbeck, Regan Amato and Shane Carter are exclusively marketing the retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
