CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield will market The Edge

Palmer Development has awarded CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield the marketing assignment for The Edge, a 15.39-acre planned mixed-use development.

CBRE’s Bryan Taute and Charlie von Arentschildt are exclusively marketing the Class A office space for lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Mallonee, Chris Hollenbeck, Regan Amato and Shane Carter are exclusively marketing the retail, restaurant and entertainment space.

Located on the northwest corner of 90th Street and the Loop 101 in Scottsdale, Ariz., The Edge will include a 210,000-square-foot (sf) Class A office building 10,000sf of inline shop space and four retail pads.

The office location will cater to both senior executives due to the proximity to executive housing and the skilled workforce along Loop 101. The site will place prominent corporate branding along the Loop 101.”We are very excited to be involved with a project of this quality that is able to accommodate companies seeking 100,000 SF or more. Scottsdale has seen a very limited amount of new construction and there are not any buildings along the north loop of the 101 that can accommodate large users,” said CBRE’s Bryan Taute.
