Two new tenants have been announced for Overstreet, Downtown Chandler’s imminent shopping, dining and entertainment destination expected to open in early 2018.

Joining the Valley’s first Flix Brewhouse are local restaurant concepts Camp Social and Over Easy, adding to a range of soon-to-be announced businesses at the new project. Developed by DBM Ventures with design by Brick & West, architecture by Cawley Architects and design-build by LGE Design Build, the new 77,000 square-foot multi-use project is nearing completion at the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard and will feature an array of a.m. to p.m. options for fitness, commerce, work and play.

“We feel confident that Camp Social and Over Easy will only heighten the excitement surrounding Overstreet,” said LGE Design Build’s Chief Executive Officer and President David Sellers. “Overstreet is set to be a day-to-night entertainment destination, and the addition of these two local concepts definitely moves the project closer to that goal.”

Over Easy, slated to open in early 2018, offers from-scratch cooking, throwback decor and Midwestern hospitality. Featured on the Food Network among other national media outlets, Over Easy continues to be a favorite for eggs, pancakes and a modern twist on breakfast classics. Over Easy will open in a 2,473 SF space within the Overstreet development.

Camp Social, a camping-themed dining experience that focuses on providing a nostalgic and family-friendly atmosphere, will be opening its second location at Overstreet. With delicious “trail snacks” and main dishes such as Smoked Steak Tartare, Camp Social brings all the comforts of scrumptious dining and camping into one. Camp Social will open in a 7,158 SF space within the Overstreet development.

“We’re excited to continue the momentum surrounding Downtown Chandler and Overstreet and further position the community as a focal point for dining, entertainment and retail in the East Valley,” said Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny.
