Arizona’s leading luxury custom home builder, Cullum Homes, announced a new collection of custom golf estates to be built directly on the new course, No. 7 at Desert Mountain and named for the seventh private course in this exclusive community.
Located on 90-acres and just to the west of the existing main gate on Cave Creek Road, the entire Seven Desert Mountain community will feature 190 homes designed around a par 54, 18-hole short game golf course and new clubhouse.
The course will be one of only two private par 54-rated courses in the United States, which is expected to be a significant draw for Desert Mountain.
Of the 190 homes, Cullum Homes has teamed up with Architect Drewett Works to design and custom build 33 golf estates. The homes will be part of the top tier home collection and located in the Village at Seven Desert Mountain by Cullum Homes. All but five will be directly located on the golf course.
Cullum’s golf estates will range in size from approximately 3,150-8,000 square feet. The homes will feature Cullum’s signature one-of-a-kind amenities including a “19th hole” basement entertainment zone complete with an indoor golf simulator, glass-enclosed collector car showroom, theater and wet bar.
