Daum Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated the lease of a 63,723-square-foot manufacturing facility for Bravada Yachts, located at 9310 W. Buckeye Road in Tolleson.
Steve Bodeman, executive vice president with Daum Phoenix, represented Bravada Yachts, a luxury lake yachts and houseboats manufacturer of 60 to 120-foot “floating mansions,” in the lease transaction valued at $1.262 million.
The lessor was First Industrial of Chicago and was represented by Payson MacWilliam and Don MacWilliam of Colliers International. Scottsdale-based Merit Partners manages the property for the lessor.
Bravada Yachts chose to relocate and expand from its former manufacturing site at 525 N. 51st Avenue, to a newer and more quality facility to better reflect the image of its ultra-luxury yachts. More information is available at BravadaYachts.com.
