De Rito Partners purchased the former Skye Supper Club located at Loop 101and Bell Road, within the Arrowhead Entertainment District for $1.8m. Paul Serafin represented De Rito Partners in the purchase of the 14,471-square-foot restaurant in Peoria and will be handling the leasing efforts on the project.
