Eldorado on 1st has selected Joe Bushong, Chad Christian, Grant Almquist and Leslie Jenkins, who were named 2017 Top Producers at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, to sell its remaining luxury townhomes.

The Bushong, Christian, Almquist and Jenkins team, based at the Camelback Tower office, has a long-standing track record of “right-sizing” clients, helping them move from large luxury homes in Arcadia, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale to luxury homes and townhomes with refined features and finishes. The team also has had success in selling luxury condos: the Enclave at Borgata in Scottsdale, the Mark Residences in Scottsdale and The Arris (formerly known as Chateau on Central) in Phoenix.

“Eldorado on 1st is a lifestyle choice,” Bushong said. “Old Town Scottsdale is now an active, urban neighborhood with dining, walkability and nearby technology jobs that didn’t exist a few years ago. People want to live here to be in the middle of the urban energy. It really redefines the empty nest experience.”

North American Development Group (NADG) along with renowned local architect Will Bruder completed Eldorado on 1st this year. The project consists of seven adjacent city homes located at 6901 East 1st Street in Scottsdale.

Eldorado on 1st has attracted a high net-worth buyer that is still very active in their life and community. Bushong, Christian, Almquist and Jenkins are targeting buyers similar to current residents. NADG’s Chris Chamberlain said “the community at Eldorado on 1st is made up of a diverse group of residents with full lives. They enjoy a lifestyle filled with recreation, travel, arts, culture and dining and Eldorado places them in the center of it all.”

The luxury residences start at $1,595,000 and include the highest quality materials, state-of-the-art bulthaup b3 kitchens, and a range of carefully selected finishes designed to complement Bruder’s innovative architectural style. The townhomes feature hardwood floors, private elevators, attached two-car garages and rooftop terraces with outdoor kitchens overlooking Camelback Mountain. The community also features a custom art installation by Artist Jay Atherton entitled “Four Points for Contemplation.”

Two furnished models are now open for potential residents to experience the homes. Modern Manor, an interior designer in Phoenix, staged a model in a mid-century style. Dana Reynolds Interior Spaces of Scottsdale staged the other model in a transitional contemporary design.
