Riot Hospitality Group is proud to announce the Grand Opening of their latest venture Hand Cut, located at 7135 E. Camelback Rd.

Hand Cut, which is set to open in late October, will be serving 100 percent grass finished beef from a local Arizona based farm. The unique grind of meat is exclusive to Hand Cut restaurants, and most importantly there are no added hormones or antibiotics in any of its beef.

Riot Hospitality Group (RHG) CEO, Ryan Hibbert says “Our attention at Hand Cut focuses on the type of beef we are sourcing. We believe clean eating is so important to everyone’s overall health that we built a Burger & Chophouse that only sources cattle with grass-finished diets. We guarantee at Hand Cut at all the meat we serve is raised responsibility, and will be non-processed, non-hormone, clean read meat that tastes amazing.”

The dining experience at Hand Cut is dedicated to an elevated level of service and quality. Hand Cut offers a fast casual dining experience for guests during the day. By sundown, Hand Cut not only serves burgers but also becomes a full-service chophouse with fine steak cuts, pork chops, other quality meats and amazing steak house sides. Hand Cut also continues with the tradition that the Riot Hospitality name has carried with it of a craft beer program, mixology cocktails and a prominent selection of fine wines.

The design for Hand Cut will really stand apart from others in the restaurant industry. Hand Cut will have an enclosed butcher prep area where guests can watch the professional staff and chef prepare the daily offerings, making it an interactive experience for all. Riot Hospitality is excited to bring this brand to the marketplace, upping the level of meat and food offerings to the valley.

From enticing marble counter tops, brass finishes, authentic reclaimed wood flooring, Hand Cut is set to surprise and excite every guest who walks through the doors. The aim of all staff on hand is to bring an amazing level of quality and service unmatched at any burger and chophouse in the valley.

Other restaurants and brands for RHG include El Hefe, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and Farm & Craft.
