Forrest Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. (Forrest Anderson), has been recognized for its integrity and high ethical practices by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving Central, Northern and Western Arizona. The BBB selected the Glendale based family business as finalist in its 2018 Torch Awards for Ethics.
Forrest Anderson is a third-generation company led by President Audrey Monell, who upholds her family’s core beliefs to treat customers and employees with the utmost respect. At just 34-years old, Monell is breaking stereotypes in a male-dominated industry. The company follows the lessons taught by her grandfather, Forrest Anderson, and her parents, Don and Marion Hensley, based on the mantra: ‘Our word is the one thing that we have that truly matters. When we make a promise, we keep it. And if we mess up, we fix it.’

Felicia Thompson, Vice President of Communications for the BBB said in a recent press release announcing the finalists, “From landscapers to senior-care facilities, this year’s finalists demonstrate that no matter what industry, ethics plays a vital role in a company’s success.”
Forrest Anderson is one of three finalists in the category for small businesses with employees ranging from 21 – 50. The company will be celebrated, along with the other 14-finalists in five categories, at an awards dinner May 15 hosted by Pat McMahon and Catherine Anaya, where the winner will be announced.
The 2018 Torch Awards for Ethics recognize Arizona companies which display an outstanding level of ethics and integrity, including a high level of trust among employees, customers and communities.
