North Scottsdale is getting a new medical spa, MD Skin Lounge, and it will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, Jan. 15.

Arizona board-certified plastic surgeon Bryan Gawley, M.D., F.A.C.S., will host a red carpet themed event from 6 to 9 p.m. at his new facility, located near Pima Road and Union Hills Drive, to commemorate the occasion.

The evening’s celebration also marks the 10-year anniversary of Dr. Gawley’s plastic surgery practice, Gawley Plastic Surgery.

Following a ribbon cutting ceremony, event guests will enjoy tours of the state-of-the-art facility, along with hors d’oeuvres and champagne provided by M Catering by Michael’s. Guests will be presented with a special gift from MD Skin Lounge and Gawley Plastic Surgery.

MD Skin Lounge will also introduce its exclusive rewards program, which offers loyalty benefits to patients. Additionally, raffle ticket sales throughout the evening will benefit local Phoenix breast cancer charity, Don’t be a Chump! Check for a Lump!

“The vision behind MD Skin Lounge was to develop a center for skin care and wellness that not only meets but exceeds patient expectations, raising the bar in terms of quality and patient experience,” Gawley said. “We are proud to introduce our new concept which combines an aesthetically pleasing environment and cutting edge technology to offer our patients a truly unique experience.”

MD Skin Lounge offers a wide range of cosmetic treatments including injectables, enhancements, dermal fillers, collagen replacement, laser treatments, tightening and toning, skin rejuvenation and a variety of other wellness and beauty services.

In addition to a beauty bar featuring Colorescience cosmetics and a skin bar offering high-quality, medical-grade product lines such as Obagi, Skin Medica, Skinceuticals, Revision and Elta MD, MD Skin Lounge Juice Bar also provides patients with fresh pressed juices from Kaleidoscope Juice.

All of the organic juices offered are selected for their anti-inflammatory, healing and skin enhancing properties.
