Gwynnie Bee, a size-inclusive rental service that allows women to access an “unlimited wardrobe” in order to shop better, wear smarter, and rediscover the fun of fashion, is expanding its operations to Greater Phoenix. With the opening of a 100,000 square-foot distribution facility, this venture will create approximately 150 new jobs in the region over the next 18 months.” 

The highly automated, AI-driven, Phoenix-based facility, which is set to open on Aug. 20, 2018, will allow the company to provide orders within 24-hours to 11 western states. With a warehouse already in Columbus, Ohio, 90 percent of the U.S. population will now receive clothes the next day.

The expansion has been assisted by the City of Phoenix and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), which is led by President & CEO Chris Camacho. During his tenure, GPEC has led the attraction of more than 322 companies creating 55,617 jobs and $5.6 billion in capital investment.
