On Friday, November 23rd Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson take the course for Capital One’s The Match. Tiger vs. Phil is a golf fan’s dream come true. This made-for-TV, $9 million, winner-take-all match Friday at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas marks the first time the two all-time greats will face off one-on-one.
Mickelson went pro first, but Woods won a major first. When Woods struggled in the mid-to-late 2000s, Mickelson rose. And now as Mickelson has waned, Tiger has returned to his old winning self.
