A Flagstaff landmark property, the AWD II professional office building, sold May 25, 2017 for $6,000,000.

Dennis Kelly, broker with Flagstaff Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors sold the building on behalf of AWD II, LLC.  The Buyer, Rink Realty Trust acquired the prized asset and was represented by Allen Ginsberg, broker, principle, with Coldwell Banker Dallas Real Estate.

Aspey Watkins and Diesel “Northern Arizona’s Law Firm”, will continue to occupy the 3rd floor of the building with a long term lease.  The entire balance of the building is occupied by multiple federal government tenants with long term GSA leases.

This landmark and iconic Flagstaff property is located directly across the street from the Coconino County Courthouse and in the middle of downtown Flagstaff.  The building was originally constructed in 1915 as the Babbitt Ford auto dealership with the 1st floor being the sales floor, the 2nd being the repair garage and 3rd auto storage.  In 1989 Fritz Aspey, Louis Diesel and Herold Watkins, founders of Aspey Watkins Diesel Law Firm purchased the building and repurposed the property to Class A office space. 

The building sits on .42 acres, has approximately 40,000 square feet of office space and is part of the Heritage Square complex in Downtown Flagstaff.
