StarshineAZ, a West Valley collaborative community for small business-owners is hosting a special event to commemorate World Entrepreneurs’ Day, Aug. 21, and the launch of its new book, From Resilience to Brilliance. Featuring stories from 14 local female business-owners, this book contains more than 40 practical tips and examples from female entrepreneurs about how they moved from heartbreak and distress to happiness and success on the road to small-business ownership.
“The book focuses on stories from well-respected female business owners across the valley as they reflect on their unique and individual entrepreneurial journeys,” said Susan F. Moody, StarshineAZ Co-Founder. “Each of the contributing authors have had ups and downs on their way to success. They want to share their triumphs and tribulations with other people contemplating if this is the right path for them. From Resilience to Brilliance has been a labor of love. It is moving, and inspiring, and we hope it has a positive impact on everyone who picks it up.”
Each chapter in this motivational book provides readers with powerful takeaways to act upon immediately. With self-help lessons from women who’ve helped themselves, this book will inspire readers to find the courage to take entrepreneurial action.
In honor of World Entrepreneurs’ Day, StarshineAZ will host a FREE book signing event with many of the From Resilience to Brilliance authors from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Aug. 21 at their Glendale location (6801 N. World Entrepreneurs’ Day is celebrated on Aug. 21 each year. The purpose of the World Entrepreneurs’ Day is to create awareness for entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership throughout the world. It is the perfect day to celebrate people willing to take risks and start their own businesses.
