NAI Horizon brings back industry veteran Mike Myrick

NAI Horizon continues to grow its Phoenix office with the hiring of industry veteran Mike Myrick, CCIM.

Myrick, who specializes in leasing and sales of office and industrial properties, returns to NAI Horizon after almost four years at Marcus & Millichap. He previously worked at NAI Horizon from 2012 to 2015.

Myrick has been involved in more than 500 million square feet of agency transactions and more than $1 billion in leasing and investment sales transactions. He currently acts in an advisory capacity to a large national financial institution and has also worked for one of the largest private equity funds.

Vantage West promotes Keysha Webb

Vantage West Credit Union, southern Arizona’s largest credit union, announced today the promotion of Keysha Webb to Vice President-Retail Delivery. In her new role, Webb is responsible for developing and driving a value-added service delivery model that includes Digital Banking, Member Solutions Center, Retail Sales, and Deposit Operations. These high-volume channels will focus on optimizing the Member experience through innovative technology, systems, and solutions.

Since joining Vantage West in 2011, Webb assumed key roles in various departments across the organization including Internal Audit, Branch Administration, and Digital Commerce. During each career progression in the past 8 years, she demonstrated knowledge, experience, dedication, and leadership qualities as each new position brought on greater responsibilities.

Prior to her new position, Webb as AVP-Retail Solutions successfully led the credit union’s first Digital Banking Conversion this April with outstanding results. Vantage West now has a more robust Online and Mobile platform benefiting more than 106,000 Members who are currently signed up for Digital Banking services. She also implemented a 24/7 service model for Member phone support.

Ware Malcomb announces new civil engineering manager

Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Matthew Kuehn has joined the firm as Civil Engineering Manager in the Phoenix office. In this position, Kuehn is responsible for the overall growth and management of Ware Malcomb’s civil engineering services in the Phoenix office.

Sundt hires Josh Carmichael

Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) recently hired Josh Carmichael as its new human resources manager. He will oversee a team that provides support to the company’s operations and support groups in the areas of employee relations, employee engagement and compliance.

Carmichael brings over a decade of experience in human resources to his new role. Most recently he served as a director of human resources for a heavy industrial construction company where he developed their human resources functions and team. Previously he worked in human resources at two different construction companies where he provided support to business units of over 2,500 employees and worked in recruiting, reporting and employee relations.

Carmichael holds a bachelor’s in communication studies from Sam Houston State University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Wendy Topf Miller joins Platinum Living Realty
