Valley cardiologist inducted into a prestigious group

St. Luke’s Medical Center and Steward Medical Group are celebrating the appointment of Dr. Richard Heuser to one of the most prestigious medical groups in the nation.

Dr. Heuser, Chief of Cardiology at St. Luke’s Medical Center, was recently inducted into the 2018 Class of Master Interventionalists of The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) (MSCAI), becoming the only Phoenix-based cardiologist to join the prestigious group. Demonstrating excellence in invasive/interventional cardiology, a commitment to the highest levels of clinical care, innovation, publication and teaching, Dr. Heuser joins a select group of 50 outstanding innovators in cardiology. In addition to numerous accolades and published works, the Steward Medical Group physician is one of America’s top cardiologists. His recognition is a testament to the high quality of care and innovation at Arizona’s Steward Health Care hospitals.

Phoenix Symphony announces the promotion of Tammy Rocker

The Phoenix Symphony announced the promotion of Tammy Rocker to Chief Development Officer.

An Arizona native, Tammy Rocker joined The Phoenix Symphony in 2017 after being the Chief Development Officer of Circle the City here in Phoenix. Prior to that, she served for over a decade with the American Heart Association where she ran the Western States region as Sr. Vice President and Executive Director. Tammy has had the experience of not only leading multi-million dollar development programs but also running a non-profit as an Executive Director.

W.E. O’Neil names project coordinator

W.E. O’Neil Construction Company of Arizona announced the addition of Mickey Nelson to its team of construction professionals. Mickey will serve in the role of Project Coordinator inW.E. O’Neil’s Phoenix office.

During her professional career, Mickey has served in the roles of marketing manager, estimating coordinator, project coordinator and estimator for other successful construction companies in Arizona.

As project coordinator, Mickey will play a vital role to W.E. O’Neil’s projects by providing administrative and accounting support to our project teams.
