iStar Financial, owners of Westgate Entertainment District, will be building two pedestrian links with sidewalks, landscaping and multi-tenant monument signs at the mixed-use venue in Glendale.
One will be on the south side of Hanna Drive, from 95th to Fountain Park near AMC Theatres. The other will be on the north side of Coyotes Blvd., from 95th to WaterDance Plaza at the Entertainment District, in both cases providing a connection to the main entry points for Tanger Outlets Westgate.
Along with additional multi-tenant signage to be constructed at the same time, this will be an approximately $400,000- $500,000 new investment by iStar Financial.
Another way iStar has helped facilitate shoppers to go between the two properties is the complimentary shuttle, which runs between the Entertainment District and Tanger Outlets. It operates three days a week on Fridays from 4-9 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
