DNJ Holdings LLC purchased a 74,300 square foot industrial building for $1,557,750 on 8.25 acres at 4001 E. Irvington Rd. in Tucson from SCB Properties LLC. PICOR represented the seller and Tom Hunt and Bob Davis with Tango Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer in this transaction.

Flower Street Investment Company LLC purchased a 24-unit apartment complex for $995,000 at 3623 E. Flower St. in Tucson from Kenneth J. Johnson. PICOR represented the buyer and Alain Hartmann with Hartmann Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in this transaction.

Old Pueblo Trolley purchased a 27,146 square foot building at 250 E. 36th St. in Tucson for $875,000 from Western Alliance Bank. PICOR represented the seller and  Patrick Teske with Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the buyer in this transaction.

R.J. Home Solutions LLC purchased a 4,806 square foot retail building for $370,000 located at 5358 S. Old Nogales Highway from Sakkara, LLC.  The former restaurant will be transitioned into an event hall and venue for accommodating special occasions. PICOR represented the seller and Mike Bishop with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, represented the buyer is this transaction.

LeCroy & Milligan Associates Inc. leased 5,661 square feet at 2002 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 101 in Tucson from Tucson North Forbes Ventures LLC. PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

Arizona Minerals Inc. leased 2,538 square feet at 3845 N. Business Center Dr., Suite 115 in Tucson from NTBC Trust Partners LLC. PICOR, represented the landlord and Isaac Figueroa, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield. PICOR also represented the tenant in this transaction.

Stewart Title and Trust of Tucson renewed its lease for 2,200 square feet at 3865 E. 34th St., Suite 108 in Tucson from A & P Investments. PICOR handled the transaction.
