Pioneer Title Agency announced it has opened its newest branch, which is located at 14239 W. Bell Rd. in Surprise, and will focus on serving the organization’s Surprise customers and business members. Karrie Montana, who just joined Pioneer in July but has more than 24 years of experience in the title and real estate industries, respectively, will serve as branch manager. This new office joins one other new branch in the West Valley – in Buckeye – to open in recent months. While the branch officially opened in November, it just hosted its grand opening on Dec. 14, in which more than 60 guests attended.

A 2014 Arizona Corporate Excellence honoree and recipient of the Community Impact Award, Pioneer Title Agency has proudly been serving Arizona since 1985, handling all types of real estate transactions, ranging from the smallest secondary loans to the transfer of large commercial properties.

“When you couple the new construction going on in this area with the infrastructure developments, like the 303, and the diversity of the real estate here, it’s a very strong market,” said Karrie Montana, Surprise branch manager. “For Pioneer, it’s critical to have a branch here to properly serve these customers in the far northwest Valley.”

Other team members of the branch include Amy Paterno and Teresa Cossey, both veteran escrow officers; Dianne Weaver, a sales representative; and Becca Cossey, an escrow assistant. Together, the team has more than 65 years’ experience in the title and real estate industries.

A local, family-owned business, Pioneer has grown to more than 60 branches in more than 35 cities across Arizona by remaining focused on a “Commitment to Service” since its inception.  Pioneer also has a statewide community relations program, Pioneer Title Agency in Action, which focuses on giving back both time and money to local causes across our state. Just some of the causes in Maricopa County that Pioneer is proud to support include: Arizona Community Foundation, 100 Club of Arizona, American Cancer Society, Arizona Special Olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Hospice of the Valley, March of Dimes, Newspapers in Education, Relay for Life, The Thunderbirds, Phoenix Firefighter Association, United Way of Arizona, and many more.
