Runners… start your engines. The green flag will drop at Phoenix Raceway on Nov. 4th for the inaugural Run the Raceway event benefiting Playworks Arizona.

This unique opportunity to experience the valley’s first and only run on a NASCAR track at Phoenix Raceway is open to participants of all ages.

Run the Raceway is the sister event of the valley’s famous airport run – Run the Runway, which attracted more than 2,000 runners in 2017. From the tarmac to the race track, our family continues to grow, with all proceeds from both events benefitting Playworks Arizona and their mission to aid in the fight against schoolyard bullying in, primarily low-income, elementary schools across the Valley.

Playworks Arizona is the only nonprofit organization in the country to send highly trained, coaches to low-income, urban schools, where they transform recess and play into a positive experience that helps kids and teachers get the most out of every learning opportunity.

Registration for the 3-mile “High 5” 300, the 1-mile “Rock Paper Scissors” 100, and Kids Dash is now open at azruntheraceway.com. Everyone who registers not only gets a once in a lifetime experience of running on a NASCAR track, but will also receive an official tri-blend tank top, two tickets to the Lucas Oil 150 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on Nov. 10th, trucker hat, commemorative bib, cinch bag, a limited-edition finishers medal, and entry into a chance to win a VIP package to the CAN-AM 500 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race on Nov. 12th.
