the larder + the delta restaurant has chosen the mixed-use project Portland on the Park for relocation of its popular,  full-service restaurant and wine bar.  The restaurant will be located at 200 W. Portland St, Suite 101.

the larder + the delta has leased 1,288 square feet of retail space at the mixed-use, multi-family condominium development.  The restaurant and wine bar will offer soups, salads, sandwiches, hot and cold entrée items, as well as desserts, cookies, juices, espresso-based beverages, coffee, teas and alcoholic beverages. The space may also be used for catering and delivery of items, as well as retail sales.

“the larder + the delta selected this dynamic development for relocation because of its higher profile visibility,” says Larry Ortega executive vice president of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.  “The restaurant will be able to serve both its growing group of existing customers, as well as offer an exciting amenity to the many residents of Portland on the Park.”

Ortega represented thinkLOVEfood, LLC, dba the larder + the delta in the lease negotiations.  Brian Kocour of Cushman & Wakefield represented Portland Place Partners, LLC, owner of the future development.

Portland on the Park is located just south of Margaret T. Hance Park.  Currently, the project has 149 residential units under construction and 7,167 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  More than half of the residential units have been sold and are scheduled for occupancy in the next month.  Portland on the Park is surrounded by an abundance of new residential developments, Roosevelt Row entertainment and an urban hotel adjacent to the property.  Plans call for the larder + the delta to open in May 2018.
