Quiessence at The Farm has been honored for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2018 Restaurant Awards. The restaurant is recognized among other winners from all over the globe as a top destination for wine lovers.

“This year’s class of restaurants is one of the most impressive and innovative ever,” said Marvin R. Shanken, Editor and Publisher, Wine Spectator. “Their wine lists keep improving, because wine lovers are eager to explore and learn. The goal of our Restaurant Awards is to support restaurant wine programs and bring them to diners’ attention through our outreach through print, digital and social media. Wine Spectator salutes every restaurant honored in the 2018 Restaurant Awards.”

Quiessence at The Farm has won the Award of Excellence.

The Award of Excellence recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.

“Having an array of wine varietals at Quiessence is important for the ever-changing and seasonal menus that our restaurant produces. We have been awarded as “best farm-to-table” by several publications, and complimenting this type of cuisine is important to pair with the best wines in the world. Being a hyper-local restaurant, also including our Arizona wine purveyors is an important piece to our list,” said Chef Dustin Christofolo of Quiessence.

To celebrate its award-winning menu, Quiessence will hold it’s special “Thursday Wine Flights” through the month of August. Guests will enjoy a curated flight of wines and trio of small tapas for $40++ per person. Learn about new and old world wines themed to the week’s special menu.

Each week will have a different pairing theme:

August 23 – “Farmers, Friends, and Friuli”

August 30 – “Summer in the South of France”
