Ring in the New Year with a festive four-course dinner at deseo, the signature restaurant of the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.  Chef de Cuisine Roberto Madrid has crafted a fresh and flavorful prix fixe menu especially for the celebration.

The acclaimed deseo, a longtime recipient of the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence, specializes in Nuevo Latino cuisine, a pairing of traditional Latin American ingredients and contemporary culinary style to create unique, flavorful dishes ranging from mouthwatering ceviches, fish and shellfish and skillfully prepared meats all with tantalizing South American marinades, sauces and sides. Its menu is complemented by an award-winning South American wine list and freshly made muddle drinks.

The New Year’s Eve menu is priced at $95 per person.  Reservations are required.

New Year’s Day Bubbles & Brunch

Continue the festivities and enjoy your New Year’s Day with a champagne brunch at The Westin Kierland Resort’s Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Café.  Relax and savor an expansive menu of brunch items at the Resort’s ever-popular “Bubbles & Brunch.”  The brunch will feature a host of special items such as house-cured white tea smoked salmon, iced shrimp, crab legs and international organic cheeses, traditional breakfast items, pastries, a selection of healthful SuperFood menu options, and a range of sweet treats for dessert.

“Bubbles & Brunch” is $37 and $12 for children ages 5 and older, excluding tax and gratuity.  Brunch without “Bubbles” is $30 for adults. The last seating for brunch will be 2 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
