Robson Multi-Family will be opening Noria, its first luxury apartment community in Chandler, in March. Noria represents an entry into the multifamily market for Robson, a well-established developer of luxury, active adult communities in Arizona and Texas. P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, management and acquisitions, has been selected to manage leasing and property management for the community.
Noria, which offers 237 luxury apartment homes in 11 floorplans, is located at 2177 S. McQueen Road in east-central Chandler. The community offers residents access to a sizable, resort-style swimming pool encircled by chaise lounges, cabana beds and a whirlpool spa, a premium, sprawling clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The architecture at Noria, designed by Whitneybell Perry architectural firm, pays homage to the area’s agricultural heritage, as the community’s exterior fuses modern aesthetics with nostalgic touches to create a warm industrial feel that is flush with exposed steel, natural stone and oversized overhangs. Larry Lake Interiors will finish the interiors of the amenity areas with a modern ranch feel.
The community’s one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans range in size from 734 square feet to 1,653 square feet, and each includes a large patio.
