Summer might be winding down, but things are getting just a little hotter and wilder in the Mill District as Rodeo Ranch, Tempe’s newest hotspot takes the happy hour and nightlife scene to the next level with their doors now open on the southeast corner of Mill and Fifth Street (501 S. Mill Ave. Suite 100, Tempe 85281).
Delivering an unparalleled social experience for partygoers 21 and older in the 3,000-square-foot venue, the adult playground’s signature attraction includes a mechanical bull to provide thrills to patrons willing to try their hand at taming the wild beast. With a live DJ spinning, dancing and an unforgettable light show, Rodeo Ranch also offers a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as bottle service delivered in both an indoor and outdoor setting. And no ranch would be complete without a collection of noble trophy heads lining the walls.
In addition to the highly anticipated mechanical bull, Rodeo Ranch delivers a true Texas vibe through unique design aspects, including leather and cow-hide benches, a large shot wheel, Vegas-esque light show and top-of-the-line sound system. Also, this new nightlife concept is already a hit with ASU students and alum as the ultimate pre- and post-game pit stop.
As Mill Avenue.’s must-see, must-experience venue, patrons will also have a chance to enjoy Rodeo Ranch’s featured drink called Das Boot, which is a 20 oz. “Texas Tea” for $11 and try their hand at arcade games, including buck shot, a punching bag game and basketball. The hotspot also offers daily specials designed to keep the fun going well into the night. Among the nightly specials:
• Monday: Mondays are 4 the boys, with mini keg specials.
• Tuesday: Pizza Gang Night, providing free pizza for all patrons.
• Wednesday: Buck Off Wednesdays, featuring a bull riding competition.
• Thursday: College night, which needs no further explanation, as we know it’s the night everyone goes out as the weekend inches closer!
• Sunday: Football Fun, featuring games on the 18 high-definition flat screen televisions surrounding the entire venue.
Who: Brought to Tempe by successful Dallas-based restaurant entrepreneurs, Reign Group, who have a knack for identifying and delivering unrivaled bar and restaurant experiences, Rodeo Ranch is the first phase of a three-part nightlife rollout that will also include a Texas BBQ concept and a rooftop bar and lounge scheduled to open later this year.
