Scottsdale-based senior housing and healthcare firm, Santé will open a new, 172-unit mixed-use senior healthcare facility in Glendale near Westgate called Santé of Westgate.

Santé of Westgate will have short-term rehabilitation skilled nursing care, assisted living services and Alzheimer and dementia care services. It will also provide outpatient rehabilitation services, hospice and home health services to the surrounding communities. More than 150 new, full-time jobs will be created.

The facility is near Glendale and 91st Avenues, at 7410 N. Zanjero Blvd., just north of the University of Phoenix Stadium. This will be the company’s sixth Arizona location.

The community offers resort-style living for the residents, patients and guests. Amenities will include a full-service restaurant, bistro, health club, theater, spa and conference facilities.

The extensive grounds will feature paths and walking areas entwined with beautiful water features including waterfalls, brooks and ponds.
