Shea Homes breaks ground on new community in Mesa

Shea Homes Arizona broke ground on model homes in Mesa in late September, with the community opening to the public in early 2016. Ambition at Eastmark will feature three models of Shea’s new Shea3D homes, which are extremely popular with homebuyers.

Ambition at Eastmark will offer 99 home sites, with minimum lot sizes of 45’x120’, and homes ranging from 1,723-2,869 square feet. The Shea3D plans available are named Dream, Hope, Passion and Desire, with 3-4 bedroom options to choose from. With four YourPlansTM and three lifestyle centric spaces, buyers are able to choose between 12 unique layouts at Ambition. Pricing won’t be finalized until January.

Located in Mesa, AZ, Eastmark is a master plan community that thrives on residential involvement and neighborhood values. It offers the convenience of being near various golf clubs and shopping as well as the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. They have multiple distinct features from other area builders including the Environments for Living (EFL) designation, which is a two year guarantee that the home heating and cooling won’t exceed a specified energy limit. If the home goes over the guarantee, a refund of the difference is given.
