Kimberly Pouland of Swaback Partners, who has served as lead designer and project manager for a wide array of the firm’s most high-end projects has been promoted to design partner, along with long-term members Brent Harris, David Blanco and Lee Finch.

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from North Carolina State University, Kim worked on the East Coast before joining Swaback Partners in 2007.

She has designed and managed some of the firm’s most prestigious projects, including uncommonly-innovative residences in both Arizona and Hawaii.  She is currently managing residential, commercial, hospitality and clubhouse projects throughout the Valley and beyond.
