Terracon was awarded a 5-year, statewide on-call contract for environmental services at public and private underground storage tank (UST) facilities throughout Arizona. Services include site and risk assessments; UST closure/removals and system upgrades; site characterizations; and the design, construction, installation, and operation of remediation systems.

“We are excited to expand our relationship with ADEQ,” said Brent M. Borchers, P.E., Regional Manager for Terracon. “The contracts will aid our growth in Arizona. We are helping a wide variety of state and local agencies, in addition to many private owners.”

Terracon also was awarded a renewal of its existing ADEQ asbestos and lead consultant contract, which it has maintained for more than six years. Services include asbestos and lead paint surveys; project design abatement specifications; and oversight, air monitoring, and air clearance testing during abatement.
