There were not a whole lot of opportunities to see cattle while I grew up in Phoenix. However, my grandparents lived in the White Mountains and every time we drove up for a visit, we would see farms with countless cows grazing in the pastures. I always thought it was the perfect opportunity to go cow-tipping. Fortunately for the cows, I do not think my conscience would ever let me purposefully approach a sleeping animal and tip it over on its side. With that said, this Thirsty Thursday’s cocktail — The Cow Tipper — is brought to you by Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. My thoughts on this drink are that after consuming it you’ll feel ballsy enough to go tip a cow. The drink is a cool purple-pinkish color due to the muddled blackberries and I am a sucker for any drink with muddled berries in it. Plus it comes in a mason jar! Well done, Dierks Bentley.
