For years, the 303 Loop was a dream of the West Valley and its opening in October 2017 has already started to change the development patterns in its wake.  For even more years, most thought the 202 South Mountain Loop would never happen, but construction is well underway with a late 2019 anticipated opening.  These much-anticipated new transportation regional corridors connecting the southeast valley to the west valley are quickly becoming a reality.

Come to Valley Partnership’s July Friday Morning Breakfast and listen to the experts on the current and future development(s) and the impact these transportation connections are having on the adjacent submarkets and what is yet to come.

This month’s Friday Morning Breakfast experts will begin to answer key questions for our community including:  What will these new connections mean for development?  Who is considering moving there?  Is there a ready workforce and housing for them? How are economic development groups collaborate to bring benefits to the area?  What is the demand now and predicted for the future for commercial and residential development along those corridors?

Listen as panelists share their unique perspectives on what’s ahead for the West Valley as these critical transportation corridors are completed.
