Valley Partnership will hold its May monthly breakfast a week early on Friday, May 19, dishing out a midyear update for 2017 and a forecast for what’s to come for the rest of the year.

A panel of local real estate developers will examine what’s happening at the federal level, while giving a hard look at the state level of things in the industry. A large scale look on the financial view point of things will also be discussed by the panel.

Greg Vogel, founder and CEO of Land Advisors Organization, will moderate the panel, which includes: Brent Herrington, president and CEO at DMB; Sean McCarthy, regional chief investment officer at Wells Fargo Bank; and Jeff Moloznik, vice president of development at RED Development. Robbie Aiken, vice president of federal affairs at Pinnacle West, will be a special guest on the panel.

Registration for the breakfast is from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. with the breakfast program running from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

There are a lot of moving parts at the federal and state level that are making for an interesting and exciting time in the real estate industry.

The breakfast hopes to answer all of your questions on whether or not federal policy, possible tax cuts, stabilizing interest rates, lending opportunities and creating a truly optimistic year. This is all coming at a time when Maricopa County is one of the fastest growing areas in the nation.
