2027 Real Estate Development Awards (RED Awards)

Projects must be completed (with certificate of occupancy) by end of 2026. Deadline for nominations is midnight on Dec. 23, 2026.

Nominations must include digital photos of completed project (minimum 5 photos) uploaded as a .zip. Photos must accompany nomination form and can be submitted via dropbox, Via WeTransfer https://azbigmedia.wetransfer.com (preferred) or on CD/DVD by nomination deadline. Photos must be labeled with the project name.

    The RED Awards — are considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry — come honor the year’s top architects, contractors, developers and projects.

    RED grows bigger every year. Because this is a red-hot event, high attendance, and room capacity, tickets for this event are limited, so don’t delay!

    We will celebrate all finalists and winners 5:00-8:30 p.m. April 14, 2027.
