This is one for the playbooks! 72SOLD announced during Sunday night’s Super Bowl LVI game that it was picking up the tab on 72 months (six years) of house payments for one lucky Arizona homeowner. Details were announced in three separate 30 second Super Bowl commercials. Two of the spots aired during the game with a third right after the trophy presentation.
“72SOLD has now become the #1 home selling program in Arizona, used by 20-25 homeowners a day,” said 72SOLD founder, Greg Hague. “Our big thank you is to offer every homeowner in Arizona the opportunity to have their house payments made by us for 72 months.”

During the big game on Sunday, February 13, 72SOLD’s website, 72SOLD.com, changed formats and people were immediately taken to an entry form on the homepage. The promotion is happening now through March 1st, with the winner to be announced publicly on the 72SOLD website on March 8th.
There is no purchase necessary and no obligation to use 72SOLD now or in the future. To qualify, you must be a current Arizona homeowner. The winner will have their mortgage paid (up to $10,000 a month) for 72 months for as long as they live in their current home.
Founded by Arizona attorney, real estate authority and TV spokesperson Greg Hague, 72SOLD now operates in 38 states, offering home sellers a program to sell in 72 hours, avoid daily showings, choose their closing date, then stay in their home for up to six months after closing. A one year study of 90,000+ home sales found that sellers who used the 72SOLD program had an average 8.4% higher sale price.
The announcement comes on the heels of 72SOLD Phoenix affiliate Hague Partners announcing a record year of growth, with its Realtors outselling the average Phoenix Realtor by a margin of over nine to one. A recent independent market analysis done by a third-party title company showed Hague Partners is the fastest growing real estate firm in Arizona now achieving almost an 8% market share, 400% higher than just 12 months ago.
In 2021, The Arizona Cardinals announced a multi-year deal where 72SOLD became the NFL team’s official partner in real estate. 72SOLD was approved as the only real estate firm to air commercials during Sunday’s NFL Super Bowl LVI matchup. For more information on 72SOLD visit 72SOLD.com.
